  A: The standard duration is 2 hours, and it is available within your reserved time slot.

• Q: What happens if I exceed the rental time?

  A: Additional fees may apply for late returns.

• Q: Can I cancel my reservation?

  A: Yes, cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.

• Q: Can children ride the bikes?

  A: Riders must be at least 13 years old.

• Q: Can children under 13 not ride at all?

  A: Children under 13 can ride in a rear seat or a trailer for free.

• Q: What happens if it rains?

  A: You can either reschedule your booking or receive a full refund.

• Q: Where do I return the bike?

  A: After riding on the Han River bike paths, please return the bike to our shop.

  A: Not necessarily, but for your safety, please avoid riding on public roads and stick to the designated bike paths.

  A: We use the latest high-capacity batteries, which are more than enough for a 2 to 6-hour ride.

  A: No, we only provide electric bikes for rental.
